Orders & Payment

Questions about placing orders, payment, and order changes.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Your order is confirmed immediately after payment is processed and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@vellorakitchen.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never store your card details and all payment data is encrypted. You can shop with complete confidence.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email is sent to you immediately after your order is placed. It contains your order number and a summary of your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

Questions about delivery times, tracking, and shipping costs.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–14 business days for US orders. International delivery times vary by destination. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping is available on select products — this is clearly indicated on the product page and applied automatically at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out and we'll look into it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and more. International delivery typically takes 7–30 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
My order contains multiple items — will they arrive together?
Orders with multiple items may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. If this happens, you'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment so you can follow each one.

Returns & Refunds

Questions about our return policy and refund process.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@vellorakitchen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions. Please do not ship anything back without receiving return instructions first.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please email us at support@vellorakitchen.com with your order number and a photo of the damage as soon as possible. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly — you typically won't need to return the damaged item.

Are your products high quality?
Every product in our collection is carefully curated for quality, design, and function. We only carry products that meet our standards for craftsmanship and durability. If you ever feel a product doesn't live up to expectations, we'll make it right.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. We'll email you as soon as it becomes available again. Alternatively, feel free to contact us and we can let you know the expected availability.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Any applicable warranty information is noted on the individual product page. If you have questions about a specific product's warranty, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
