How to Return

Contact us within 30 days
Email us at support@vellorakitchen.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Receive your return instructions
Once your return is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions including the return address and any packaging requirements. Do not ship the item before receiving these.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible and ship it using a trackable method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is fully processed.

Receive your refund
Once the return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • Items that were incorrect or not as described
  • Unused items in original condition and packaging
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns for

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Change of mind after the 30-day window

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional few days to appear in your account.

Return shipping costs: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we'll cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
