Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product ordered. Exact rates are displayed before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on select products and clearly shown on the product page where applicable. It will be applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment so you can follow each one.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, tracking information is automatically updated and sent to you by email. Use your tracking number to follow your package in real time from dispatch to delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We'll review your request and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Didn't receive your tracking number? Tracking details are sent once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
